Just Yesterday, i received call from my boss. he telling me that i been promote from engineer 1 to engineer 2 and will giving the official letter today (but i not receive yet).
Actually i should happy on the promotion, but dont know why i just feel normal when this happen to me, may be i still pending my original position which i am senior engineer before i join in here. i really accept the downgrade from senior to eng 1, this is because i really dont want facing the horibble life at company call "s". and why now i hungry for the position ???
Also knowing current company promotion giving increament is damn lower then others but not only this, if promote you responsibility should be more but here not really. promote and not promote is really near same.
From pass experience, those promote from E1 to E2, E2 to senior, Senior to staff all of them function never chance, never playing the new post company given...is this the culture ?
Since day one i join here till today (almost 2years) ? i kept on telling my self..i need resign, i need for more challenging jobs. But today i look at my self...is really like a big snake..clock in / clock out like already program in my mind and i do not want to sell any ideal to company at all. i think my brain already start "corrosion".
At this moment should i kept on searching new jobs ? or stay here looking for next upgrade ?
i think i am lost !
